What is a HRO box break and personal rip?

A box break is the ability to get cards ending in a mint number. All HRO cards have mint numbers. So whenever you purchase a spot, you will be randomly assigned a number. We commonly use a duck race randomizer on the web to determine the randomization of names. Once you are given a random mint number, all cards that are opened up that end with your number, you will receive. If you get the number 5, you will receive all cards that end in 5, including but not limited to 5, 15, 25, 115, etc.. All breaks will happen live on YouTube or WhatNot. Personal rips are boxes that are purchased on the website and you chose for the boxes to be ripped live on either YouTube or Whatnot.

What QR codes are sent to me?

For HRO products, excluding cases, we can send QR codes to you via discord. Only mythics, 3 digits and less, are sent. You must use your discord name to receive the QR codes when purchasing the boxes.

Do we ship outside of the United States?

Short answer is yes, to Canada and United Kingdom at this time. If you are located outside of these countries, please contact us and we may be able to accommodate for you. Please note that shipping must be paid in full for your package to be sent. You are responsible for customs fees.
